Through the British Safety Council Gavin worked with Sky's health and safety team to develop two courses for managers.

Gavin also developed and delivered a two-day workshop in which Sky's own trainers were taught how to deliver the courses to their managers.

Gavin was commissioned through the British Safety Council to undertake a safety advisory for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia.

The safety advisory involved a critique of Saudi Aramco's health and safety training programmes for apprentices and for field workers.

Gavin engaged with Saudi Aramco's training departments as well as operational departments throughout Saudi Arabia to understand the business and the training needs.

He prepared a training needs analysis report and presented the report to the client for consideration.
