Gavin has been delivering health and safety training courses for Northumbrian Water since 2016.

He delivers courses in the North East, South East and via MS Teams..

Gavin worked with Northumbrian Water's Maintenance Department to develop simple processes for managing compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.  These processes minimise additional documentation, allow those involved to comply in practice and generate sufficient evidence to demonstrate sensible compliance.

Gavin delivered a series of training courses on CDM and the associated processes and worked with Northumbrian Water on an e-learning package to improve recall and compliance in practice.
