Gavin Taylor was the subject matter expert on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations for St. Modwen.

He worked with the St. Modwen health and safety team to develop and refine processes, procedures and forms to improve compliance with the CDM Regulations for all branches of the business.

Gavin developed and delivered training on CDM and the company procedures for compliance to facilitate introduction of the new compliance model.

Gavin worked closely with St. Modwen to review and improve policies and procedures and delivered the Operational Excellence course for St. Modwen Homes to equip new starters with essential information on the company systems and procedures.  He also provided advice on other health and safety topics beyond CDM.
